Cellulose bale elevator
A pulp bale elevator is a mechanical device used to lift and transport pulp bales.
Pulp bales are compressed blocks of cellulose fibers commonly used in the paper industry or other applications requiring fibrous materials.
This type of equipment is essential for facilitating the handling of heavy, bulky materials by reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency.
The purpose of the machine is to load a single bale of cellulose into the pulper. The loading cycle can be carried out automatically with a single command from the loading cycle button or manually with commands for each individual movement. The machine consists of a bale support surface with appropriate elevations to facilitate the removal of the transverse iron wires that bind the bale itself. A pneumatic piston is installed under the support surface which causes the support surface itself to overturn, with the consequent overturning of the bale of cellulose into the pulper.
